Adults: Two 'Avloclor' tablets should be taken once a week, on the same day each week. Two 'Paludrine' tablets should be taken dally.
Children: Do not give to children under 1 year of age. The following single dose of 'Avloclor should be taken once a week on the same day each week, and the following single dose of 'Paludrine' should be taken daily.

Each 'Paludnne' tablet contains Proguanil Hydrochlodde B.P. 100 mg. Each 'Avloclor' tablet contains Chloroqume Phosphate Ph. Eur 250 mg (equivalent to 155 mg of chloroquine base as the active ingredient.
