Its gentle microditfusion spray is delivered through a shaped nozzle that fits any nose, even a baby. Sterimar has No preservatives and is drug free. The isotonic solution has a salt concentration equivalent to that of our bodies which makes it naturally safe for the whole family, including babies and mothers during pregnancy. Sterimar can be used as often as required and is ideal for home and travel. Recommended use: to help relieve nasal congestion associated with sinusitis, blocked nose, colds, hayfever, allergies and for nasal cleansing. b*INSTRUCTIONS*b Directions: Remove the protective cap. Check that the nozzle is attached. Hold the can at any angle and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Once the first nostril is clean and clear, repeat with the other nostril. To Moisturise: Press briefly (1-2 seconds), allow a short time to take effect. Clear the nose by blowing gently. To Irrigate: Tilt head to one side, insert nozzle, press and hold until fluid runs out of the nose. Hygiene: Remove nozzle after use and clean with soapy water, rinse and dry.
