A course of treatment lasts 5 days: If you are using just the eye ointment, apply about 1 cm of ointment to the affected eye(s) 3 to 4 times a day. If you are using chloramphenicol eye drops during the day and the eye ointment at night - apply the ointment at night, before going to bed. Talk to your doctor straight away if: Your eyes get worse at any time. There is no improvement within 2 days. Discard after a 5 day course of treatment. b*INGREDIENTS*b Liquid Paraffin, Wool Fat and Yellow Soft Paraffin (see leaflet for further information). b*ACTIVE INGREDIENTS*b Contains: Chloramphenicol 1 % w/w as the active ingrdients. b*WARNINGS*b Do not store above 25°C.
