b*More Info*b Relief of pain and inflammation in: backache, rheumatic and muscular pains, sprains, strains, neuralgia, sports injuries and non-serious arthritic conditions. b*INSTRUCTIONS*b How to use this product: Check that the tube seal is not broken before first use. Insert cap over end of tube and press to break seal. Adults and children over 14 years: Apply 2 to 5cm of gel and rub into the affected area until absorbed. Apply as necessary, up to a maximum of 4 times a day, but not more frequently than every four hours. Apply with gentle massage only.
